With 15 years of bodywork and massage experience, her background in weight training and yoga helps her prescribe tailored at-home exercises alongside hands-on treatment. He has worked in orthopaedic trauma and post-surgical recovery at Vancouver General Hospital and UBC Hospital, in community care with Vancouver Coastal Health, and in private practice. Alex blends hands-on therapy with exercise rehabilitation to treat everything from minor aches to complex chronic conditions. Physiotherapist
Emily completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at UBC, alongside undergraduate studies in kinesiology and psychology. She holds additional training in IMS/dry needling and pelvic health, and brings a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and well-being. Her sessions are interactive and movement-focused, combining breathwork, hands-on techniques, and targeted strengthening to address postural imbalances and support rehabilitation. Emily believes every appointment is an opportunity for the client to learn more about their mental and physical health, and works closely with each individual to meet their personal goals.
Acupuncturist
Amy is a licensed acupuncturist raised with a deep grounding in Traditional Chinese Medicine. As a first-generation Chinese Canadian, TCM was part of her everyday life from a young age. Amy draws on both her cultural upbringing and her clinical training to bring lasting balance to the body and genuine relief to her patients. She offers sessions in English and Mandarin.

Dr. Rana holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, where he was named to the Dean's Honour List. His path into healthcare began as one of the youngest volunteers at Canuck Place Children's Hospice. As a former national field hockey athlete who represented Canada at the Men's U21 and U23 level, he brings a deep understanding of sport, performance, and injury to his practice. His combined background in chiropractic, kinesiology, personal training, and high-performance athletics allows him to support patients from weekend warriors to competitive athletes in addressing pain, restoring function, and optimising performance.
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Harbottle is a naturopathic doctor, former lawyer, and mother of four. Her practice is built on helping people who are tired, running on fumes, and feeling 'off' - particularly those navigating hormonal changes, burnout, and the demands of work and family. She focuses on getting to the root of the issue rather than settling for feeling 'fine', and brings a warm, direct approach to every appointment. Her clinical focus includes burnout, hormone health, weight loss, digestive health, pregnancy and postpartum care, fertility support, and nutritional support.
